Fairy pools on the eisle of the sky Scotland

It is the very nice pools and very attractive for all visitors of the world. Clear nice crystal blue pools over the river ofBrittle. All of the world’s visitors came to see this pools. This pools is great for wild swimming. The pool’s distance 2.4 km and time require 40 minute.

Location

It is located on the West of skye and on the road to glenbrittle.

Weather

In normal weather, should visit there. The rainy weather is most difficult for visit there and very risky.

Parking

The car park is located from carbost. From Carbost  the carpark is 5.5 miles away. It is require ten minutes time. From portree, it is 20.5 miles and time requires 30 minutes. The River Brittle looks so impressive. It takes 20 minutes to get the first. It is the largest waterpool.

Stage 1

To find the start of the path and cross the public road. A small green sign is labeled  named “Silgaghan” and this confirms as the start. It is rough and steep and leaves the road.  It gently drops downhill. During a rainy day, it may muddy area. From the road, it is 50 meters and the path spilts and go across the hill down continue.

Stage 2

With heather and Grasses , a peat moor crosses and and now it is level. The large rock boulder is so impressive .Large rock boulder and random look  amazing to

see. There is gently raises the main River Brittle. It meets and on your right handside remain . There are steams and ditched are crossing.

Stage3

 Now you have to cross the second river  and large stepping stone again.On a rainy day, the river full and it is difficult to crossing.  When some rough rock with the river path rises up then you will view the first water fall.

The Fairy pools

There is marks the magical pools of the water falls.The pools are amazing for swimming.It feels warm rarely. The deepest and highest is the first water fall pool. Who are brave, sometimes high jumps. There is possible to jump into blue deep pool that is approximately 10 meters high. To find more pools should follow the main path and beside the river. There is clear blue pool is beautiful and famous most the next pool up and it is nice for swimming. It is exhilarating for swim under water. Many small pools are seeing .Stage4

To get back , it takes 20 minutes to the carpark from the first water fall. So, want  to return , should use the same path back.
